Hector Diaz
Hector Diaz is a highly experienced immigration attorney with over 32 years of expertise in immigration and nationality law. A 1988 graduate of St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Arts, and a 1999 graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, Hector has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1992. He is also a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Throughout his distinguished career, Hector has served as lead counsel in thousands of deportation and removal proceedings, as well as immigrant and non-immigrant petitions before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). His extensive experience extends to visa consular applications, where he has represented countless clients before the U.S. Department of State.
